10 years ago$100 I found them through word of mouth and they were fantastic. The company I was to buy deal from was out of my area so a friend told me about this one. If you have Dominion power, the workers are not employed by Dominion power but they work with Dominion power. The service itself did not cost me anything. I think Dominion power paid for it. I think the air conditioner was working, I had thought of a power jam, but that was what I paid for. I do not not know what the service fee was but he was here with 1-2 hours. He did a lot and talked to me thoroughly about what may have to be done. It was wonderful service. It was an excellent price. -

I decided to go with a different heating and air company because they gave me a better rate(winter is a good time to get a good price). I have used this service company for many years and think they are always reliable and respond quickly. The phone is always answered and I am given an appointment time right away instead of having to have someone call me back. I will definitely call them again to give us a quote when our upstairs unit goes out. -

Their professionalism from their employees are excellent and they're very neat, they always put on footies before they come in the house. They give a very good detailed explanations of what they found, what they've done and if there's any issues, they show it to you like their recommendations for what needs to be done.
