8 months agoWe've had them for a couple of years. They come quarterly and if we need them they'll come in between. But luckily that just doesn't happen. With our old exterminator, it seemed like we had to call them monthly! Great local company. -

7 years agoThe day I submitted my request for a recommendation - he called that afternoon. He sounded like a great guy and wanted to help me. He felt comfortable giving me a price over the phone. I said that sounds good and we agreed to do this. This was on a Friday. He called back when he could check his calendar and said how about Tuesday! Said he would be here between 11-1 and he showed up at 10:25! I feel like he is an honest man and hardworking. He explained what the North Carolina requirements were. He explained some of the challenges with my property made it not possible to follow the recommended guidelines - I had to do a waiver but he said I would not have a problem with termites in the future. I quoted with 3 other people prior to this and wanted a one time treatment - they gave me a monthly fee. Wake Pest quoted the way I wanted. He is very in tune with the customer.
