2 months agoThis company did replacement windows about 8 years ago, and just finished a complete residing and replacement of a patio door of a rental house for us. Their work is impeccable, they pay attention to every detail, and the skill level of their crew was amazing (we had Jack and his crew). We had to delay the job for a few months due to issues with the tenant, and Ed worked with us and they were very patient and understanding about that. It looks like a new house now. I highly recommend this company if you need replacement windows or siding. -

2 months agoWe had about 29 windows and two sliding doors replaced by NC Siding and Windows. Their quote was competitive with the other quotes we received. The salesman Ed was very straightforward with the process, factual, and not pushy. The installation team, led by Jose, was excellent, they did a fantastic job installing the replacement windows and doors over about three days. All of the Vinyl Design double-hung windows work well, look great, and are not drafty, a huge upgrade from the old original wood windows. The sliding doors look and work great too. Would definitely hire again if/when we need our siding replaced. -

I felt confident in their company and service from beginning to end. They were responsive, on time, informative and quick to take care of everything. Allyson kept us well informed throughout the entire process and working with Kyle was like working with a trusted guide genuinely interested in helping us understand all of the options. No attempts to upsell or pressure to make a quick decision. The decision process moved at our pace but once we decided, these guys delivered on the concise schedule they promised. Jose' and his team were courteous and professional during the installation process and did an awesome job each day leaving our property cleaner than they found it.
