1 year agoMy wife and I just finished up a garage conversion to bedroom and whole house renovation with Blue Ribbon. We couldn't be more pleased with the how things turned out, our ceilings went from 90s popped corn to silky smooth and perfect, we're in love with our hardwood floors and my teenaged daughters LOVE their gigantic bedroom! We got BR during a transition period which saw ownership change, though there were a couple rough spots along the way their staff are amazing and very helpful. Of special note the CoConstruct software they use to help you stay on top of your reno is an aboslutely amazing tool. If you find yourself with a major project I would strongly urge you consider Blue Ribbon. You won't be disappointed with the results. -

1 year agoMy husband and I have been extremely pleased with our new space. Blue Ribbon's design for completing our unfinished attic area was better than what we had envisioned. The management of the project from design to completion was handled professionally with good communication throughout. We recently had a minor issue. After speaking with Jeff, he came out the same day to review and had the issue resolved quickly. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon for their experience, skill, quality work and customer satisfaction. -

While other construction companies I vetted communicated with me through salespeople, Blue Ribbon's owner John Sperath was my initial contact. John quickly revealed an impressive knowledge of the construction process and laid out a detailed vision of the attic's transformation. The most impressive part was how Blue Ribbon gave us a day-to-day schedule of how the construction would proceed with and they KEPT TO THAT SCHEDULE as well as to the budget. We are extremely pleased with how the attic turned out. All of the subcontractors were very professional and respectful of our space and family. Our project manager Jeremiah was always helpful and responsive to any questions we had, even months after the project completed. Blue Ribbon would definitely be my go-to for any future project. -

From the beginning working with Billy Dodd I knew that we would be in good hands throughout the project. Their process through initial estimates, design, pre-construction, construction and billing was excellent and everyone we worked with was fantastic. David Jenkins managed the project and kept everything moving to complete ahead of schedule. His communication and responsiveness throughout the project was excellent and highly recommend Blue Ribbon for remodels or residential construction.
