Victor was able to explain in detail the pros and cons of each carpet product and gave us advice on what to ask other companies we were getting quotes from. Pedro showed up right on time for our install and stayed till it was complete. He was meticulous in his clean up, even used a blower on our front porch! Everything looks amazing! -

He raised the sunken living room floor to be the same height as the rest of the first floor, solved severe unevenness of the floors and did a generally beautiful job. 4 months agoVictor and his team were absolutely fantastic in recently installing LVP through our upstairs. Our floors turned out absolutely gorgeous! Whenever I may have floor needs again, they are the only company I would reach out to in the area. I was on the hunt for a specific flooring to match what's already in the house and when I tell you I called upwards of 20 stores trying to locate flooring, that is not an exaggeration. Victor was the most helpful person I spoke with and I trusted the project would be done right going with Atlas. It was easy to get a transparent and detailed quote, discuss the flooring needs, and understand the scope of the project. Victor's follow up and work ethic is impeccable. I've had past experiences where someone doesn't show or they don't communicate timeframes, but Victor stayed in communication with us the entire project providing concrete arrival times and keeping me apprised during the entire project. I had zero concerns with the project in his hands and it made the entire flooring experience WAY less stressful than it has been with other companies. One of the most important things setting Atlas apart for me was how much work went into floor preparation (check out their YouTube videos!!). I plan to be in my home a long time and I want the floors to not only look good, but feel good when you're walking on them and last a long time. The floor preparation and attention to detail on the floors before and after laying the LVP could not have been better. Victor and his team used protective floor blankets to keep the downstairs spotless during this process and treated the home with respect. I was nervous about LVP on a second floor because I did not want it to sound clacky or feel hollow; the way the floors turned out is absolutely perfect and that's very much due to prepping the floor correctly so they felt just as solid as any wood plank flooring would feel and will not have premature failures or wear. I've had previous floors done by another company in Raleigh at an old home and it was not a good experience so I was somewhat detail obsessed going into this project; Victor was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire project. 10/10 recommend Atlas Flooring and Design to anyone needing to do floors in Raleigh!
