Once I figured it out, texted the company, and they not only came out to address my previous issue but gave me a competitive price on installing the new EV charge unit! Nathan (my tech) is amazing and did the work fast and professionally, walking me thru all the steps including how to file for reimbursement from Duke Energy. I'll never use a different company! -
