4 years agoOmar did a great job cleaning our carpets today. Since the deal was for 5 rooms and we only had two, he kindly cleaned the area rugs as well. Polite and with a good personality; quick, too. Very happy with Encore. I've used them before and will again! -

4 years agoI had hired this business to clean a home that my in laws had just purchased before they had moved in. I was given 3 option packages from Encore, basic cleaning, standard or complete floor, walls, windows, etc. I had gone with the complete house cleaning option. I'm not denying that cleaners did not arrive but the floor was never swept let alone mopped, there was the original dust from when the house was purchased and windows and bathrooms were never even touched. I had gone to the house the day after the cleaners were there to see the status and not only was I completely in shock from the lack of effort but one of the cleaners had left their sleep medication on the kitchen counter in a house that has no furniture in it whatsoever! I had contacted the company on 3 occasions as well as sent photos of the work that wasn't performed without a call back. I finally contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge since the service was never performed and don't you know Encore counter disputed the charge. Horrible business that I will never recommend to any of my customers as a business owner myself. -
