2 months agoIf i could give this company 100 stars I would i was in the Raleigh area and My car had an issue that required a tow home i live an Hr away and had my child with me and was internally trying to stay calm when I called Michelle answered and she was so professional and calming and was willing to help she gave me an estimated time and the Driver Dave called and Gave me an update when he was near Dave handled my car with care and was just AMAZING he was very professional and friendly he made me feel very comfortable and if im Ever in that Situation there my First Call -

From the start, Michelle was extremely helpful - she provided a clear estimate and set accurate expectations on timing, which really put me at ease. Dave arrived right within the timeframe Michelle quoted and handled everything professionally and carefully. The whole process went smoothly and stress-free. If you unfortunately find yourself needing a tow, I would absolutely recommend this company. Fair pricing, on time, and very professional. I would definitely use them again if needed. 3 months agoDriver Dave showed up sooner than the ETA I was originally given by dispatch. He called ahead to let me know. Dave showed up with a great attitude and was really helpful and skilled with the roll back truck. I'm at the bottom of a cul de sac, snow and ice everywhere. He was efficient and professional. I hope I don't need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, I hope Dave shows up for Raleigh Towing. -

3 months agoIf I could leave no stars I would. My 20 year old got an accident yesterday 1/7/26 at approximately 730 am his car got towed in at 905 am the car was still drivable it was driven on the tow truck. My son went and picked up his car at 4 pm which is 7 hours while he had to get his paperwork to get his car out!!! They charged my son 601$ just to remove the car from there lot!!!! Saying that that's what the police department charges!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I called around and the max I was quoted was 200$ for an accident tow!!! You guys are ridiculous charging people that amount for such a short time!!! Charging after hours and accident tow and storage and everything you can charge!!!! My son got a tow from there yard to his house for less then half that!!! Over priced the lady in the office is absolutely rude and very disrespectful!
