9 months agoHuge thank you to Gregg and his team for getting our new HVAC system installed this week. We've been without heat since Spring 2024, and without AC since spring 2025. Jennifer was so helpful answering all of my many questions, and the guys got the installation done within about a day and a half. Though, I hope not to have to replace another HVAC system for a long long time, I look forward to doing business with them again! So much Gratitude for all of your hard work crawling under our house in 80° temps & 75% humidity. You've brought sanity - and cool air back into our house. -

9 months agoThe best! My air stopped working during the hottest time of the year ( of course! ) I went by a recommendation from an acquaintance and chose Barnette to come out and take a look. I am so glad I did! Omar quickly diagnosed the issue and offered solutions that did not involve getting a new system. I told him I was trying to just fix the issue for now. There was absolutely no high-pressure up-selling, just suggestions from him on how to fix it on the cheap. Unfortunately, the part I needed couldn't be found. Not that Jennifer and the boss didn't try. I ended up getting a new system installed by Omar and his coworkers and I must say they were absolutely great. Professional, quick, thorough and very friendly. A good company that does absolutely quality work. Thank you to everyone that handled this project!
