2 years agoOur system was up and running but no heat just cold air. Called SBS-NC they are Awesome! They were able to fit us in same day. Joe came to check on the issue he is very knowledgeable and professional, all around great guy. He was able to resolve the heat issue same day which we are grateful and appreciative for. Edit: Sad to say that they are no longer working Residential, they are only on the commercial side now. Hope this helps with anyone looking for residential to find another HVAC vendor. -
