2 years agoThey showed up on time. Chris was great, he was very informative on costs and gave me reasonable options and a plan of cost. He was there every step of the way. I saved 4500$ then the leading build company in the area. My roof was fixed in 6 days, 2500 square foot. They fixed the rot of the roof as they went along. Very professional, I was told this is about an independent contractor. Insured, OSHA, Osha 2, licensed. Emmanuel, the foreman was very efficient. They barely stopped on an 89 degree humid day. Hard working, communication and beyond fair. I no longer have water leaks. Thank you guys.

FAQ
How does Committed Builder determine pricing for a fence installation?
We provide free estimates that include a detailed cost breakdown covering materials, labor, and any site preparation or debris removal fees. Our team visits your property to take precise measurements and assess foundation conditions, which allows us to give you an accurate quote tailored to your specific project. We're transparent about costs upfront so you can make an informed decision without surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Committed Builder maintains the proper licensing and insurance coverage required to perform fence installation work in North Carolina. This protects both you and our crew in case of accidents or property damage during the project. You can request proof of our credentials before we begin any work on your property.
What types of fences does Committed Builder install?
We handle wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, steel, and pool fencing for both residential and commercial properties. Whether you need a privacy fence, decorative railing, or specialized pool enclosure, our crew has the expertise to install it properly. We also build sunrooms and patio enclosures, so we can handle a wide range of outdoor projects beyond standard fencing.
How long does a typical fence installation take?
Committed Builder works efficiently to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards. The timeline depends on your fence type, property size, and site conditions, which we'll discuss during your free estimate. Our team coordinates with you on start dates and keeps you informed throughout each stage of the installation process.
What does Committed Builder do with debris and waste after installation?
We handle site cleanup as part of our service, removing leftover materials and debris so your property is left clean and ready to enjoy. Our team takes care of the mess so you don't have to worry about hauling away scraps or dealing with the aftermath of construction. We respect your space and leave it in good condition once the work is complete.
Why should I hire a professional contractor instead of installing a fence myself?
Professional fence contractors use proven installation methods and contractor-grade materials that maximize strength and longevity, whereas DIY or general subcontractors may cut corners or lack specialized fencing experience. We take precise measurements, properly prepare foundations, and ensure your fence is built to withstand local weather conditions. Our expertise means your fence will perform better and last longer than a DIY installation, saving you money on repairs and replacements down the road.
