4 months agoCalled them to come out and check our furnace because of an odor. The tech cleaned the drain pipe and said that was probably the cause. We got a maintenance agreement at that time as well and he performed a seasonal check. Well when he left it kept getting colder and colder. Called the office and Tiffany told us we would be charged an after hours fee! He had just left less than two hours before. She said it did not matter! Needless to say the tech called and he apologized! It was his error because he forgot to make sure it was blowing hot air before he left. He was super nice and super apologetic but Tiffany's customer service was the pitts! He told me I would not be charged an after hours fee!
