2 months agoJesse and his crew at Workman Mechanical were prompt, communicative and did the work quickly and at a fair price. I had them install a mini split and they even came back out the day after install to help me with a minor issue. Highly recommend! -

2 months agoI've had a great experience with Jesse at Workman Mechanical and would highly recommend them. I first called him when my Nest thermostat reported that the system was rapidly cycling. Jesse came out the same day and even stayed after normal hours without charging an after-hours fee. He spent a lot of time going through the system thoroughly. Some of the issue was routine maintenance (cleaning filters and the trap), but he also checked something that none of the other HVAC technicians I've used had ever looked at. He discovered the system wasn't running in the recommended temperature range. After adjusting that setting, my gas bill dropped about 20% this winter. Because of that experience, I hired him for twice-a-year seasonal maintenance. His visits were extremely thorough. He took time to check and clean multiple components, make adjustments to optimize performance, and he even provided clear photos documenting the work. What really stood out to me is that he focuses on fixing the system correctly instead of trying to sell unnecessary add-ons. Another company I previously used (ARS) pushed things like UV lights and air scrubbers that would have cost almost as much as replacing the entire system. Jesse never tried to upsell anything like that. His pricing has been very reasonable, the work is professional, and he clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I also like that Workman installs Sure Comfort systems (part of the Rheem family), which many HVAC professionals consider comparable to the major brands but often at a better value. If I ever need a new HVAC system, Workman Mechanical will be the first company I call. Jesse is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and just a genuinely good guy. -
