2 months agoLet me begin by stating that I did not call Schnnel for tree removal....but I live next door to the customer who called for tree removal! Theo rang my doorbell and asked for permission to come through my yard in order to access the tree next door ..it was on a narrow incline and it would have been risky to enter from that side! I gave consent and Theo and his crew entered my yard next to my driveway and through the back yard....leaving a trail of dirt and dead grass in its wake! I had no idea it would take over three days to remove a tree....and they used my back yard as a staging area for their equipment...day and night days causung further damage to my yard! I only asked that he repair my yard the way it was before he damaged it....to no avail! Theo states that he spoke with the customer who requested the tree removal but let it be known that I NEVER asked anything from the neighbors because they didn't ask to use my yard.... Theo did so I don't hold them responsible at all! I'm sure nothing will be done to repair damage to my yard but I have truly learned my lesson....should have said No and let him figure out how to work it out ...but I was trying to be a good neighbor! In conclusion...thank you Theo for your lackadaisical attitude and taking advantage of my kindness! I'm moving on and sleeping well at night....hope you are too! Would I recommend Schnnell to anyone? No....because Theo left me feeling used and taken advantage of! I will not make that mistake again....looking at my trashed yard remodel new me if that everyday! And I do have pictures to prove what a mess my yard is....just in case I need them! -

1 year agoWe cannot recommend Theo and his crew enough! They helped us with a tree that went down due to Debby. They also took out a few other dead pine trees we had, trimmed trees that were growing against our house, cleared a pile of logs left by the previous owners, and got rid of multiple stumps all over our property. They were on time and worked so hard the whole time. The clean up was just as good!They were so easy to talk to and were eager to help with other tree concerns we had. The price was very reasonable for all of their hard work. We appreciated their honesty and recommendations for our property. We can't stop talking about how happy we are with the results. We will definitely be using Schnell Tree Services for all of our tree needs in the future!Thank you so much again Theo and crew!! You all are awesome! -

Their team recently came out to take down an 80-year-old white pine tree on my property, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
