6 months agoAdvance Roofing Solutions came to the house, evaluated the situation, took photos and prescribed the issue. We had a new metal roof installed just 2 years ago but every time it rained the den was being flooded inside! The wall is ruined, the ceiling is ruined and the floor a mess! ARS gave an estimate to repair the roof but also explained there might be issues under the metal and continued to explain what they would do if it were worse than they expected. Therefore, we were prepared in the event it would cost more than the estimate. Once the metal was removed, sure enough the roof had not been done correctly with the water, ice guard and flashing like it should have been therefore it was a mess! ARS went right to work, did a fabulous job repairing, completed the work quickly as promised and cleaned up without leaving a trace of evidence they had even been in the yard! Some extra expense occurred, however we were prepared! We totally recommend ARS, they did a FABULOUS job!!! -
