1 year agoDO NOT CALL THIS MAN! He destroyed my unit. He has no idea what he is doing. He first said it was the motor which he was supposed to replace new but didn't. It burned out in less than 15 hours. The next time he came he said the unit had a hole in it somewhere and put in more antifreeze. THEN it went out again so he came over and filled the unit with A HOSE PIPE like a shade tree mechanic. I don't know a lot about mechanics and parts but I know the last time I saw someone pull out a hose pipe I had to buy a whole new alternator. And just like that now we are told we need a new unit. He promised to come back and never did. Leaving my elderly mother and daughter in an extremely hot house knowing they are asthmatic and could succumb to illness because of the heat. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR UNIT. Once he gets his money and he can't fix what he destroyed then he gives up. -

1 year agoPlease don't call this company to do anything repairs to your air conditioning E.L.Ellison doesn't have a clue on what's wrong with your unit or how to repair the problem.first he said I needed a new motor he was paid $1,300 for a new motor, but because you can't prove that he put an old motor in the unit that went out again in two days, he said it needed antifreeze or coolant when that didn't work he said that it was a hole in the pipe we ended up giving him a little over $300.00 for that . And when that didn't work he just completely destroyed the air conditioner unit then informed us that we needed a brand new unit. Now we are currently sitting in a house in the temperature inside is 90°because we trusted him. I have a-fib COPD and problems with my heart, my grandchild has asthma and has to use a breathing machine, and I also have to use a breathing machine, is very difficult to breathe inside this house because it is so hot because he destroyed my air conditioning unit. Long story short do not call this company to do anything because when they destroy your property you cannot prove they are responsible for the damages and E.L.Ellison will lie. I am currently on a fixed income I only receive disability, I can't afford to buy a new unit therefore I do not know what might happen to me this summer in this hot house with only fans blowing around hot air. Now he will go on to his next customer and cannot care about the damage it cost in this household. -

What specific HVAC tasks do you handle, like system checks with manifold gauges?
