2 months agoI bought a house and wanted to get my fireplace inspected to ensure it's safe to use. Matt came out and explained everything thoroughly. The cost I feel is very reasonable just more than I expected because of the issues the chimney has. Told me what is important to do and what can wait. I plan on doing the work but need a little bit to save up to get it done. Matt was a great guy and you could tell he loves his work and take pride in it. It's rare to see now a days. I look forward to getting this done. -

2 months agoI'm giving one star for the customer service, not for the chimney work itself, because I didn't get that far. When I called to ask about seeing the chimneys they have, the person on the phone said, "I don't know." Then, I asked if she could connect me with someone who could answer my question, and she said, "I don't know" again. I'm not making this up! It would be better if they had someone who knows about the chimney business to help customers. -

3 months agoMatt and his team were absolutely awesome to work with. Very communicative, kind, and professional. They replaced my chase cover, chimney cap, and firebox--everything looks wonderful. One panel on the firebox cracked, and they replaced it very quickly and only charged a service call fee. I will definitely use them again and sing their praises to anyone who needs a chimney guy. Keep up the great work and awesome customer service! -
