2 months agoAlex and his staff were AMAZING!! I went to a couple places to get estimates on my front brakes and not only were they rude but they were trying to charge me thousands of dollars!! I was completely STUCK and BEYOND UPSET with a car I couldn't drive and the lack of funds to get new brakes. An emotional roller-coaster if you will, trying to pick and chose on what little options I had. I drove by Car Clinic earlier that day which is only a block away from my house. I called and spoke to Alex regarding my brakes. Not only was the price in my budget but he was completely transparent regarding the parts. Broke everything down for me, including labor and gave me the total over the phone which included taxes. NO HIDDEN FEES, NO OUTLANDISH PRICES! I told the car place I was currently at to take my car down, told them "Thank You but Im Good", drove down the block with my hazards on, doing 5 mph and pulled into Car Clinic. Alex took my car in less than 20 mins. My husband and I waited outside since it was such a beautiful day and less than 2 hrs later, I had new front breaks, rotors and a caliper! This place truly is a hidden GEM! Alex even mentioned that he drove to another store just to get the caliper needed for my car. They truly will go above and beyond just to help you! Blessed is an understatement because I was completely stressed about the situation! I truly appreciate all the help I received today, you guys were wonderful! If anyone needs their car fixed, don't think twice! Just go to Car Clinic! -
