7 months agoMeh. Called them because of the positive reviews, won't do that again. Waited a week for an appointment to be scheduled. Poor communication. Showed up and decided the tank was too far from the end of my driveway and left. No call, no email, nothing. After 2 days of emails, they offered to come back with some extensions. I said sure, that would be fine. Next day I received an email from a 3rd person saying they wouldn't come back. My original inquiry said the risers were on the back yard and had direct access by driving over the field. I even took down part of the fence for access. They did do other homes for me, no report, no inspection, no communication. Just a pump. Called Double Duece, they arrived the same day, did a full inspection, with clear communication, and no issues driving on the field. The person I spoke with is the person who arrived. -
