1 month agoOur HVAC unit died during an ice/snow storm. The next day, despite difficult road conditions, Power Tech was there to do the repair (a fuse had blown and actually melted its box). They were friendly, communicated well (I watched the repair), and gave a sense of competence. I was very pleased with their work! -

2 months agoThis company is fantastic. I had an emergency situation yesterday that was an urgent fire hazard. My air handler disconnect in the H-V-A-C system was melting and about to ignite. I had a strong smell in the house which the technician quickly identified as sulfur. They had 2 technicians at my house within 2 hours. They arrived on time and were able to complete the job in one day. The younger technician Ethan vowed not to leave until I had heat. He was very knowledgeable, got the job done quickly and was very neat. He even vacuumed the area in the house after he was done. Also, I am very happy with the price. If you are looking for great service, polite and knowledgeable technicians, a company that really cares about your urgent situation and a good price, call them. -
