2 months agoIf they had been honest about how long it was going to take to get to me it would have been great. He was like "15 minutes". I gave him some time (40 minutes) and tried calling but it went to voicemail mail, I texted and his excuse was that there was too much traffic. 30 minutes later, no response to my text and phone straight to voice mail. I called another service and they showed up and were up front about the length of time., This Company didn't even have the decency to follow up, Be professional, good customer service goes a long way. -
