7 years agoFloor Pavilion was the rotten egg in a great team of folks who were cobbled together for our kitchen renovation. Bad communication, lies, and poor craftsmanship - to name a few - this unfortunately was our experience. Would NOT recommend..if I could give zero stars I would - I wish I could of had the experience of others in this thread. UPDATE 1/24/19 After receiving this poor review, the owners took this personally instead of correcting their mistake which would of taken an hour of their time (our contractor personally came by and corrected their poor craftsmanship) and due to the fact we were still under warranty. Here is their bizarre response to our initial review (click photo to read) - which they then deleted. Rest assure they were reported to the Better Business Bureau and other reviews across social media. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - - - DO NOT USE! -

7 years agoI have never had nicer people, truthful, helpful and communicate with us. The floor is Gorgeous, the product amazing and the few problems we had were fixed right away. Will definitely use in the future for my flooring needs. Mark and John Thank U for all of ur help. -

8 years agoFirst, what an outstanding and first class company! The Sure Dry team just finished up my home after a leak behind our refrigerator. We had to replace all the flooring in my home since it is one large room and rebuild part of the wall. When I first found out this would be the case I just imagined, what a nightmare. But from the first point of contact with Sure Dry, Mark Whitley; I knew things would be far from a nightmare. From initial proposal, to choosing the flooring, and working with a less than helpful insurance company, Mark Whitley was just outstanding! The industry knowledge, customer service, and assisting me in navigating through this tough time; made this experience so incredibly seamless. The industry knowledge alone was enough to alleviate some of the stress this type of experience puts on a homeowner. His crew members who installed the floor, rebuilt the wall and cleaned up once all work was done; followed the same level of customer service and quality that I had already received from Mr. Whitley. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. If you find yourself in a situation where you have water damage, trust that your call to Sure Dry Restoration will be the best call you ever make. No need to have any doubts, they will get you through this situation with ease and quality service from start to finish. -
