10 months agoSwift Construction did an excellent job for us. We had extensive water damage that included our outside deck all the way to our kitchen floor. Jason Swift gave us a date and an estimated time frame. The materials were delivered directly to the house, and work began. Jason and Fernando were friendly and professional. They were finished ahead of time and even returned unused materials to help our bottom line. I would hire them again in a minute! It was an excellent experience! -

9 years agoJason was recommended to me after another contractor abandoned our basement remodeling job. Jason and his team picked up the pieces and corrected and completed the job. They installed new stair railings/banister, completed tiling and grouting the shower. We decided to sell that home and purchase another home, where we used Jason and his team again. They repaired many of the items on the inspection list, such as cladding on the brick facet, replace rotted wood. We also asked Jason to take two dormers and convert them to build in book shelves and an extra closet. Additionally, the exterior of the dormers were completely replaced, including new windows. We are very happy with their work. We have very tall (20') columns and the bases were showing wear and needed to be repaired. The work they did was like auto body work, very smooth and you can't tell where the repair was done. Also missing brick, they filled in and 'played' with colors and you'd have to look very close to notice it is not real brick. Our new home needs additional upgrades, and we will ask Jason to do this work as well. We have gone through MANY contractors, who lie, steal, damage or never show up, we are done. Jason is our guy.
