10 years agoThe proprietors of Complete Floor Covering and Design Center are very professional but quite personable people. Missy and Darren try to understand the customer's preferences and are very helpful in assisting in the selection of the right carpet and pad. Importantly, they do not attempt to sell the customer a product not needed or overpriced. They provided a free measurement and a clear, written indication of the actual costs of purchase, removal of old carpet and pad, installation, and movement of furniture and "wrapping" of carpet on stairs. The installation crew was efficient, quiet, and courteous, taking care to make sure furniture was replaced to the customer's satisfaction. Based upon estimates from other providers, Complete Floor Covering's charges are equal to or better than others in this area. -

11 years agoOwner Darren Tousley came to our house to measure (he had the best measure of 3 companies), and met us back at the showroom to pick out carpet. He and wife Missy let us make our own selections and gave us their suggestions of carpet and pad choices. We ended up going with their suggestions and are so glad we did. They were able to immediately give us a price on several different options. Missy even ordered carpet samples from Shaw delivered to our home so we could see the colors in a larger sample size. We decided to go with Complete Flooring because 1) they were on Angie's List, 2) their showroom was close to our home, 3) they both called me without pressuring to find out if we had made a decision or had any questions,4) they could do the install in the timeframe we needed, and 5) they had the best price for better carpet than the other 2 companies. Their install team showed up on time, removed and hauled off the old carpet, moved the furniture, did a fabulous job, completed the work on time, and we couldn't be more pleased with the choices we made. We will be using Complete Flooring again when we are ready to have our basement carpet replaced.
