1 month agoKevin and Dominic very friendly. They came to clean a sectional, 2 ottomans, and an armchair. Unfortunately, the furniture doesn't look and better than it did before they got started. Kevin assured me it was cleaned, but it look more spot cleaned. I was able to use my finger to scratch off something that was stuck on the furniture. I explained to him how I was unhappy with the cleaning and I let him know that nothing looks different. Although he explained all the stains wouldn't be lifted, he also assured me it would look better than it did. This was a waste of $410 and I feel scammed. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I will post before photos and well as after photos now that the furniture has dried. -

2 months agoI like carpet in my home, especially in the bedrooms and playroom (controversial, I know). But ,with two young kids and a large-breed puppy, my carpets take a daily beating and occasionally look like they're trying to start a new life as modern art. We've used Zerorez multiple times across two different houses, and every single time we've been 100% happy with the service. The last two techs we had, Dom and Hayaat, were fantastic. Hayaat was super knowledgeable and made sure we understood the whole process, start to finish. Dom even came back out a second time to tackle a stubborn problem spot, which was above and beyond. After Zerorez comes through, our carpets look fresh and clean, but without that "chemical factory" smell. As a household with two little kids and a puppy who believes the floor is a napkin, I really appreciate that. On top of the cleaning itself, the schedulers and techs are always friendly and upbeat, and they make the whole process easy. Zerorez has basically become the reason I still have carpets... and my sanity. Highly recommend!
