3 years agoWe used this company to extract water from a business. They charged 2250.00 more than they should've and then threatened to take us to court. This company is horrible. DO NO SUPPORT -

5 years agoHorrible company. The owner came in to extract water from my apartment and broke my bed frame (among other things-but this is all I asked for them to replace). They blatantly lied and refused to take responsibility for the damage citing off the wall excuses that were easily debunked. Thankfully (for them) my apartment complex reimbursed me for their negligence. I wouldn't use them unless you are prepared for them to damage your belongings and then lie about it. ETA: I tried reaching out to Mrs. Davis and she has not contacted me back. I would also like to add that I saw with my own eyes Mr. P Davis (owner) break my bed frame. It is absolutely despicable that anyone would not take responsibility for the damage they cause while trying to provide a service, THEN claim I am targeting an African American woman owned business. I am targeting a company who broke something and should do the right thing and own up to the damage they did, instead of blatantly lying repeatedly. -

5 years agoI was there when they did a carpet removal when my friends unit was flooded. They left carpet under the dresser because it was late at night and heavy to move. This caused further delay in the process of getting the place dried out. Furthermore, one of the guys lifted her bed with one hand which caused a portion of the wood to crack. They did not take proper pictures mop to show the damage, and therefore denied any damage done EVEN though we were both there when it happened and had pictures for proof. The bed wasn't even expensive for them to replace and they took zero consideration to taking responsibility. Pandemic or not, people make mistakes and need to take responsibility for it. Very disappointing. Response to owner: My friend did not ask me to do anything. I was there and saw it with my own eyes. It's sad as a business owner you are not doing your part to make sure your company is taking responsibility instead of trying to blame it on others. It was the owner who I witnessed move the bed to remove the carpet and use one hand. That was when it cracked. Not once did you even consider it to be of fault. You IMMEDIATELY denied it all. Sadly if you aren't willing to see this as an issue now, it will probably hurt your business down the road. Everyone reads reviews. I'm sorry you don't care about your clients. -
