3 weeks agoI was not thrilled with the quality of my visit. Unfortunately we had a stain on a jute rug that the team said they could lift. What ended up happening was making it 10x worse. The company then took the rug to go get professionally dyed + cleaned and the rug shrink 8 inches on one side and 5 inches on the other. They are not familiar with jute rugs, so please be careful. The standard carpets were cleaned appropriately, but I felt it could have been a deeper clean for what I paid for. -
