2 months agoResponded quickly during the holidays to schedule us for an inspection /cleaning. They were super busy but we didn't mind waiting til January after reading the reviews. So glad we did. Service tech Daniel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, mannerable and professional, and respectful of property inside and outside our home. I don't know anyone at this company but there is a reason for their high rating - from the first office call to post service contact - exceptional. Will definitely use them again. -

He gave us reassurance that everything was in working order and we were safe to use our fireplace. Everything from the person who booked our appointment to questions I had before the day of service was handled with excellence. I would highly recommend Owen's Chimney Systems. -

This year I was too late to make an appointment but fortunately Elsie From the scheduling office was able to pull us off the cancellation/waitlist and we got our serviced done early. Our technician Robert was very professional, on time, and thorough. Plus he cleaned and tested our fireplace after he was done.
