2 years agoWARRANTY is a complete 'bait & switch' sham and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is abysmal. Make sure you do your homework and read the online reviews for their cheap, plastic Treasure Gardens patio furniture made in China. Whatever delivery time they give you, just multiply by 3 or 4. What a joke. Filing my BBB complaint next. -

8 years agoEverything was pretty smooth from speaking to representatives in store to instillation. All our questions were answered throughout. Workers arrived on time and cleaned up afterward. We had a problem with the blower fan quitting a couple weeks after installation. They were very quick to replace the fan as remote. Love the fireplace and due to our cool spring weather have gotten to enjoy numerous times. It warms up our open concept kitchen, living room, dining area nicely.(Approximately 900sqft. -

FAQ
How does FORSHAW determine pricing for wildlife and pest control services?
We assess pricing based on the type of pest or wildlife issue, the size of the affected area, and the specific treatments required, such as termite baits, insect traps, or rodent exclusion. Homeowners receive a custom quote after an initial inspection to ensure transparency. This approach accounts for materials like Pro-Shield Pest Control Insulation when needed for effective management.
Do you offer free estimates for pest control jobs?
We provide free estimates to evaluate your wildlife and pest control needs upfront. Our team visits your property to identify issues like insects, rodents, termites, or birds and then prepares a detailed quote. This step helps homeowners understand costs without commitment.
Is FORSHAW licensed and insured for pest control work?
We operate as a family-owned company established in 1961 with expertise in termite, insect, rodent, moisture, and bird control products and solutions. Our professionals use industry-standard safety equipment including gloves, respirators, and protective suits during services. Homeowners can verify our credentials through state licensing boards for peace of mind.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling services?
FORSHAW schedules services during our operating hours from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, with workers arriving on time as confirmed in customer experiences. We coordinate directly with you to set a convenient window and provide updates if adjustments are needed. Most jobs complete smoothly from initial contact to finish within the agreed timeframe.
Does FORSHAW handle cleanup after wildlife and pest control services?
We clean up thoroughly after every job, removing any debris or materials used during treatment. Workers ensure your property is left neat, as noted in service feedback where teams tidied up post-installation. This practice minimizes disruption and protects your home environment.
Why is your professional pest control methodology safer and more effective than DIY?
Our approach uses specialized products like Pro-Shield Insulation, termite foams, and professional-grade traps that target pests precisely without widespread contamination risks common in DIY methods. We apply treatments with safety gear to protect homeowners, pets, and the environment better than over-the-counter options. Professionals identify root causes for long-term prevention, avoiding repeated amateur attempts that often fail.
