5 years agoI love these women! Led by Fabricia they work so hard, do a great job cleaning and even check the expiration dates on the jars in my refrigerator. Every person has been a pleasure to have in my home. I recommend them highly. -

7 years agoWe used this service for a move-in cleaning. After the initial cleaning we had to ask that they come back because the job was incomplete. The shelves were not wiped down nor were the light switches. Additionally the cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator, which was to have been done, was not. I ended up having to clean it myself. The owner did refund a portion of the money paid and I appreciated her standing by her service. Normally this would cause me to give the company at least 3 stars; however a recent experience caused me to lower my rating. I contacted Fabulous Cleaning Services again a week or so ago since we were moving back to the Charlotte area and asked for a new quote. We were never contacted except for a computer generated response acknowledging our email. Last week I phoned the number listed and spoke to the owner. She promised to follow-up with me when she was in front of her schedule. I never heard back from her. Today I called again only to be told by her that she wasn't sure of the status of two of her employees and could therefore not help with our request. Not returning calls or emails is not the way to run any business. Therefore I cannot recommend this company, which is why I gave it one star.
