Finally get an email, "they don't work in my area"??? referred me to another company. Very strange. Its a shame they were a good company. -

1 year agoThis is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I had someone come in spring of 2024 for an inspection. The person told me that it was in great condition but that I should be swept before I use it in fall. I just called the company and they have no records of the visit and told me I have to pay for another inspection and there was nothing I can do. So I lost $200 because of this companies failures to communicate and follow up in a professional manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also the person on the phone was extremely dismissive and didn't seem to care about my situation whatsoever.
