Every member of the team-Customer Service, Pick-up, and Delivery-was professional, on time, and meticulous when handling, cleaning, and re-setting our Persian rug. Alex, the owner and operator, responded to all my inquiries, while Michelle from Customer Service explained the pricing structure and answered my questions as well. Our Persian rug was expertly cleaned following their comprehensive process, which they describe on their website. The cost included both pick-up, delivery, and appropriately sized new carpet pad and was very reasonable given the quality of service. 3 months agoI needed a deep clean for my outdoor cushions as they were absolutely filthy and I was afraid of mold and mildew that could turn them into a health hazard. The team picked the cushions up from my house and dropped them back off when they were done. I am very pleased with the results. I'll attach before and after pics but I honestly don't think the pictures are able to fully represent how much better my cushions look after cleaning. I was afraid to even touch them before and now they are as good as new. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional, customer service was great. -
