9 months agoGregory Diamond Let me begin by stating this review is overdue. Last year 2023, I meet with Daniel and the team at ING contractors amd provided themnthe details of exactly what we wanted. They provided us an estimate that was in line with our budget, knowing full well what materials would cost us and not knowing the labor cost. Like anything added onto a house today, one must go through both the HOA & local government. This procedure takes time by most accounts however, Daniel was able to intervene as needed when any questions arose. Because of this the project was not completed till Nov 23 right before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving 23 was the first time using the porch to finally eat dinner on my new porch after 6 months. With that stated, ING Contractors were held up by local Government however, as the Government moved and approved what they needed to, ING had their crew out on a moments notice after approval. With each step in the process of getting delayed for things such as water surveys and impervious surface survey, plot survey, ING was there to assist and provide their experts to get this done according to government criteria. ING not only rebuilt my deck, they added a wonderful outside porch that is well screened and a great addition to my house. The crew was top notch and always receptive to any modifications that myself or my wife felt needed to be added. Daniel himself has been nothing less than outstanding providing up to date information as needed when dealing with the county as well as throwing out ideas in collaboration. I would highly recommend ING Contractors to anyone looking for a great contractor. My porch is featured on his website for all to see. Thank You Daniel, there is more work coming!!!! -
