6 months agoGreen Step and their owners are a great company to work with. We had an issue on our project, that was no fault of their own, just an mix up from a supplier that caused the new kitchen floor to not quite match our existing floors. Green Step went ahead completely removed the kitchen floor that they had just installed and fully replaced them. Really no questions asked, they never tried to convince us that the original match was good enough. Surely it was a tough project for them financially but they did what was right. It's rare to find a service company that stands behind their work to this extend. The end product was beautiful floors with a perfect match. We had also used them another time in the past and a family member has used them, perfect floors every time. Thank Helen and Janar for going the extra mile on our project! -

6 months agoHighly recommend Green Step if you want new hardwoods or want to refinish existing floors. They just replaced our old, worn-out engineered hardwoods with gorgeous red oak on our main floor, replaced the carpeting on our stairs with hardwoods, and refinished all of our handrails to match. When we first returned home, there was still some detail work to be done, and the team came and completed the work (under my somewhat demanding supervision) without complaint. This is the third time we've worked with them (the two previous times were at our old house), and we are always pleased with the work and the finished product. Don't go anywhere else if you're looking for real hardwood floors.
