6 months agoWe hired Justin and his team from Sandman to eliminate our carpet upstairs in our home and replace it with engineered wood. They completed 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and hall within four days. They did outstanding work, within the estimated timeframe, and estimated costs! We would highly recommend the Sandman team for your wood flooring needs. They were knowledgeable, professional, on time, and affordable and we could not be happier with our new wood floors! -

8 months agoIt is unpleasant to write this review, because on the one hand, Sandman Flooring did beautiful installation work, but on the other hand, they left the job without installing floor transitions (reducers) in four places: one 30" wide opening between the kitchen and dining room, two 48" wide openings (1) between the hall and foyer and (2) between the hall and dining room, and one 60" opening between the hall and family room. Installing transitions was part of the work Justin agreed to do, because the floors in all these openings are uneven where they meet, and standard-size transitions (reducers) don't fit. The crew finished everything else on a Friday in mid-October 2024. The last guy working said he would be back on Monday to finish the job, but we never saw anyone from Sandman Flooring again. We made the mistake that day of paying the total amount due. We asked Justin several times by text to please come back and finish the work, but he ignored us. In conclusion, Sandman Flooring does beautiful work, and the men who work for Justin are very accommodating and polite people. But don't trust Justin to honor his word. -

1 year agoIf I could give Justin and his crew 10 stars I would. We used Sandman Flooring to refinish the floors on a home we recently purchased. Justin was so professional from start to finish, always on time, and made my 60 year old hardwood floors look brand new. That is no exaggeration. (See pictures... I just wish I had taken before shots because the floors were awful, original mid-century stain with all kinds of damage) He stayed true to his estimate and finished the work on time. We are so pleased with our floors we are going to use him this Fall to install LVP flooring in our kitchen and basement.
