  Awful experience. I placed an oil delivery (cashheatingoil) order on 2/21. On 2/24, I called to inquire about the delivery and was told the delivery would happen that day, and it never arrived. It's now 2/25, and I still haven't received anything. I called multiple times - one representative said they would call me back and never did. This level of inconsistency and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.

  Ordered online from cashheating oil. Missed a phone call as I was on another call. Immediately called back and left a message confirming. They canceled the order and now a huge storm is coming. Never order from them!!!

  Buyer Beware, At first great customer service, great oil delivery. Then after the 1st year HORRIBLE. All of a sudden they started shorting me on the oil delivery. I ordered a certain amount as I always do. Then when the oil delivered the driver stops putting in the correct amount. & filling the rest of line with air to mimic the rest of delivery. So it will say on your ticket what you ordered, but give you less oil. When I look at the needle on the boiler it's on "E" when I got a delivery that same day. I was only given enough oil for 2 weeks! Keep in my mind I'm a single woman with a elderly mother living with me. You know how hard it is to make ends meet on a LIMITED INCOME. Working so HARD & get CHEATED. With a elderly woman in a COLD HOUSE!.

  I was once a long time customer close to 10 years until the owner began to make changes that were not contractual, as in a withdrawal from my bank account without authorization of which he deemed it an monetary hold prior to the actual billing I received two days later after oil delivery, it is an insult insinuating l am not able to cover the cost, I am a homeowner, not an section eight NYCHA inhabitant, within all the years mentioned with this company; there were no issues of non payments, it was always paid in full the same day of delivery. During our conversation on the phone the owner rudely told me to find another supplier, I am a retired Paralegal who was more then happy to move on to an reputable oil supplier. POST SCRIPT: I agree with a few reviews, I should have done more intensive research prior to doing business with said company, warning, proceed at your own risk. Dated: 12/12/2025
