2 months agoMy parents replaced their furnace with m&r heating in 2022 and few months later the furnace started making noise so when m&r came to check it out they found pieces of foam were left inside during installation. The following years the furnace was giving problems and they came out again and had to fix something. Now it's giving problems again with noise and short cycling. I'm not sure if that's common with brand new furnaces. Most likely not. -

3 months agoWe were out of town on a weekend when our boiler failed. Called and got an answering service with an actual human who took our message and got a callback in less than 15 minutes! Amazing response time! It was a Sunday and they couldn't get to us that day but we're able to get a service tech to our house Monday and repaired several boiler leaks and the igniter so we have heat once more. Thank you John and Pete for the great response! Will be in touch soon for a boiler replacement and mini-split install! -

5 months agoI have had m and r for a hot water and furnace replacement..they are prompt..professional.. courteous..their staff is phenomenal.. they get the job done and are helpful ...to say we are pleased is beyond words..we had mike and Rob as installers..they are awesome hard working..Tony made sure it was done promptly and smooth as can be..I highly recommend m and r heating..thx
