Had an appointment scheduled with them through my insurance, had to take the day off work to be home for them...they never showed up! No phone call or email, NOTHING! I tried MULTIPLE times to reach them via phone and their online "contact us" feature, NEVER got a response!! TERRIBLE business service/ customer relations!! -
