5 months agoReached out to Serg because I saw the good reviews on Google. Wanted to redo the flooring in my kitchen and in a bedroom. He came out to take measurements and we scheduled a time and date to go out to the shop to discuss options and get a quote. Unfortunately he cancelled and requested to reschedule the appointment but I reached out more than once and was unable to get that appointment rescheduled. Just unprofessional. -
