2 months agoOpen Absolutely horrible experience!! They had an amazing technician named Justin who walked me through the inital phase of work. He called and texted daily to determine my work schedule so that he could meet me at home to check on the equipment and water. He left for some reason and all hell broke loose. One guy showed up to my house to demo the wet wall and insulation who had no business being by himself without supervision. He demo half the wet material and to keep the house from taking on cold from the freezing temperatures these last few weeks, they were supposed to install a vapor barrier and vent the area with a hose and dehumidifier. Instead he borrowed my staple gun and put up a few pieces of plastic but did not cover the entire area. Where the cold air was coming in the house, he took some of the wet insulation and stuffed it in the holes and left. I have reached out to the company with no response. I did get a phone call in the middle of the day at work asking me if I can leave work and meet them at the house to collect their equipment and I stated that I would meet them at the house if they were coming to fix this botched job. I haven't heard from them since. See the attach midigation work and tell me if this is appropriate work? Somebody needs to go find that technician named Justin and pay him whatever it takes to come back and help them get their stuff straightened out. -

2 months agoAllan did an awesome job taking care of our water issue at our house. He went above and beyond to take great care of us and the house. If there is any way you can commend Allan maybe a raise or a day off with pay he deserves it. -

6 months agoWe had a house fire on August 1, 2025. Our insurance had Servepro SW Onondaga come in to clean up the smoke and water damage. They called after the fire and said they would come in and set up fans to dry everything out and pack up the damaged stuff and leave it better than it was before they came. They ended up not coming until 3 weeks after the fire after everything had sat wet for the entire time and even though they said they would pack everything up and put it in a storage container in the front yard, instead they put all the wet, smoke smelling furniture and items from the bedroom that had the fire into my living room that was not damaged at all, so all the wet mildew smelling stuff was put on my living room furniture that was good and it is now ruined also and the living room floor was moldy from the wet mattress. They tore out the ceilings and insulation from the ceiling and left. My insurance adjuster called to ask if they were done with demo and I explained what happened. When we saw the bill from them they had charged over 16000.00 to the insurance company for a generator, storage container, deodorizing the house, removing the flooring and walls and so many other things that were never done. They were called by the insurance company to find out what was going on and they said they were coming back. They did come back long enough to remove my bedroom furniture from the living room. load it in their vehicle and leave, which I now have no pictures of or anything to show what they removed to claim for the insurance to reimburse. I am so disappointed with this company, having a house fire is stressful enough and I trusted them and now am left with a bigger mess than before they started, ruined furniture and my house still smells like smoke 3 months later... -

6 months agoThe damage from a small kitchen fire was overwhelming, even though there was more smoke than flames. These guys arrived, inspected everything, and promptly began cleaning up. Now that things are back to normal, I'm really glad I didn't have to figure everything out on my own. -

6 months agoI didn't expect such prompt responses and genuine concern from the team. Their customer service is exceptional; rather than hurrying you, they genuinely listen to your needs. Seeing such a careful approach is refreshing.
