1 month agoI asked for a screenshot door replacement, it is worse than when I started! After calling 2x about this, I was told the screen door needed to breath? WHAT?????? BUGS, RODENTS, WERE MORE WRLCOME THAN FAMILY! I could see the back yard through the very reason I wanted it fixed! The reply from staff was "that's normal".....REALLY??? AND EXPENSIVE. Not happy with service at all!!! -

2 months agoWe were very pleased with the service that we received from the Pink Rose Tech. We had a time slot of 10-1 and the tech (John) arrived at 10:15. He was very professional - he explained what he was going to do and gave us a quote. The quote was very fair so we accepted it and John went right to work. When he was done, he gave us the bill and explained everything - the bill was exactly as quoted. He cleaned up all of his mess so when he left, we didn't even know he was there. We WILL be using Pink Rose for anything in the future. -

Ben was here the next day, and completed the work in one visit. Very well and competently done. I highly recommend Pink Rose, from start to finish, email to phone call to on-site to completed work... punctual and professional every step of the way! -
