1 month agoI came into the store today to shop for our bathroom renovation. I found it odd that we were not greeted as we came in, but overlooked it because the gentleman upfront was with a customer. However as people came and went, I noticed they were greeted and offered assistance while we wandered around the store shopping with no help. I think that is poor customer service in general, but especially as two people of color I could help but find this treatment hurtful. Our contractor sent us to this store so we were ready and eager to shop and for that reason and based on their other reviews I'm sure this is a great store, but I did not find it fit to spend my time or money here. -
