6 months agoWe had a water pump burst in our cabin and had water gushing for a week! The Claim Masters team was highly recommended to me so I gave a call! They responded with the hour. They showed up shortly after. The professional manner that followed is second to none! Their communication was immediate and ongoing. Their knowledge was so welcomed especially when you are panicked as in this situation. They had a 20 year relationship with our insurance adjuster and the ease in which they moved forward showed just that, complete trust in each other. I am a bit obsessive compulsive and the care they took of my things was impressive. Their work is NEAT, CLEAN and THOROUGH! I went to the cabin daily and my comment was usually WOW! They left no stone (or should I say wet spot) unturned. They checked and double checked until we were dry as a bone. My concerns were completely squelched regarding moisture or mold remaining. I can "feel" the dry! My contractor now has a clean slate to begin the rebuilding. He said "Wow, they did all the hard work" I couldn't agree more. Thank you!!!! -

7 months agoRecently, I had a problem in my home. I woke up to find a puddle of water on my kitchen counter. After making a couple of calls. I was directed to call claims master. I called them at 7:45 in the morning. They were at my home at 8:15 with fans dehumidifiers and proceeded to direct me as to what to do I was given help taking down cabinets and directed where to open the ceiling and walls so it could dry out. I was given names of support people to help with putting my kitchen back together. Beside their professionalism what impressed me the most was their concern for my situation and well being. 1 year agoClaim Masters came, took lots of pictures of my home, talked with me, and had me sign a contract. They set up air cleaning equipment and told me they would return in a couple days. They came back and removed their equipment. Then the phone call, cancelling my contract. I guess they were not getting the insurance money they expected. Great way to do business. -
