Their team was incredibly efficient-they completed our entire roof project in just one day (about 8 hours), which was impressive given the scope of the work. They completely removed our old slate roof, installed new plywood, and replaced it with beautiful asphalt shingles in Williamsburg Slate color from GAF. Not only was the work done quickly, but it was also very cost-efficient. The crew was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail. One thing that really stood out was how they were with cleanup-our property looked spotless when they were finished. 4 weeks agoUpdate, we heard back from the owner after seeing this review. He apologized for the mix up and came out to do the estimate himself. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and gave a fair quote. We're in the process of making a decision. We called twice to get a quote on siding and both times the gentleman who answered said they were scheduling 5 months out. We advised him that was fine and he said a sales rep would call us within 15 minutes, and both times no one called us back. It's been 3 business days since the first call. We called because they had such good reviews but unfortunately we never heard back from them. -
