1 year agoI purchased 5 yards of cobble stone on Thursday for Saturday delivery.they delivered Saturday morning, I was at work. When my landscaper came to do the job , he refused to do it , do to the amount of mud on the stone . On top of that I only got about 3 yards when I paid for 5 yards plus the delivery. I called them and send them 2- videos showing the mud run off on my driveway. Emily was to get back to me the following day . No return call from anyone.I tried texting and calling no response. I don't recommend anyone to buy any products. Terrible customer service. This is not about the $300 cost of goods , not being able to do the job on the weekend. -

2 years agoHey, remember me? Frank - the guy you all accused of stiffing you out of money for dirt when I went to your establishment and paid in CASH to a younger kid. Just wanted to let you know that in the past 6 years since you accused me of not paying, I've given all of my business to Stiles Excavating. I've purchased 40 yards of top soil, 50 yards of #2 stone, 80 yards of crushed stone, and ... ready for this? 600 yards of dirt. I call and John comes same day or the next because I'm such a good customer. You falsely accuse me of stiffing Constantine Farms, WHICH AGAIN, my family are all farmers and that's something I wouldn't do to anyone, and now I want you to see how much business you've lost, mostly in part thanks to that miserable old lady who works there.
