3 months agoThis is an amazing experience for all ages . . . What a wonderful & positive display of how to just be good humans and share the magic of Christmas. The amount of time their staff spends preparing & then operating this event (mostly in frigid weather) deserves recognition. The display has been different and bigger each year we have attended. We love that they also support & acknowledge first responders with a special appreciation event. Thank you - see you next year -

4 months agoAttended their annual Santa's Playland Christmas Lights display. I attended years ago when you took a school bus to the QR property and then walked around to partake. This is the first year we've done their drive thru since they switched things up. This company is always giving back to its community in many ways and this is just one of them. They put on such a beautiful light display. So much better than the $40 ones you have to pay to drive thru. Definitely worth checking out! -

4 months agoVisiting the Quick Response light display has become a favorite tradition each year. It's so good knowing there are still community orientated companies out there. I know if their business services were ever needed, they'd be my first call.

FAQ
How does Quick Response determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We provide free estimates after assessing the extent of water damage at your property. Pricing depends on factors like the affected area size, water source type, materials involved, and required equipment runtime. Our team inspects your home and explains costs upfront so you understand what restoration will involve before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured for water damage work?
Quick Response operates as a fully qualified water damage specialist serving Schenectady County. We handle fire damage, mold remediation, and water extraction with professional-grade equipment and trained technicians. Your homeowner's insurance typically covers water damage restoration, and we work directly with insurers to streamline the claims process.
What specific water damage services does Quick Response provide?
We handle the complete water damage lifecycle: 24/7 emergency extraction, structural drying with industrial equipment, drywall removal when needed, mold remediation, and full restoration to pre-damage condition. Whether damage comes from burst pipes, flooding, storms, or appliance failures, our team manages extraction through final repairs so your home is fully restored.
How quickly can you arrive after I call about water damage?
Quick Response operates around the clock for emergencies, and homeowners report arrival times of approximately two hours from initial contact. We prioritize rapid response because water damage worsens quickly-mold can develop within 24-48 hours. Call us immediately when water damage occurs, and our team will mobilize equipment and personnel to begin mitigation right away.
What does Quick Response do with damaged materials and debris after restoration?
We remove and properly dispose of damaged materials including wet drywall, flooring, and contaminated contents as part of our restoration process. Our team clears affected areas completely and sets up industrial drying equipment like blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out walls, studs, and structural components. Once drying is complete, we leave your home clean and ready for any necessary reconstruction or repairs.
Why should I hire a professional instead of handling water damage myself?
Professional water damage restoration requires specialized equipment, trained technicians, and knowledge of building science that DIY approaches cannot match. We use industrial-grade extractors, dehumidifiers, and air movers positioned strategically to reach hidden moisture in walls and under flooring-areas homeowners typically miss. Professional mitigation prevents costly secondary damage like mold growth and structural deterioration, ultimately saving you money and protecting your family's health.
