1 month agoThe owner and his crew are truly amazing. They have been to my home three times. Great service, great prices, very friendly and the response time is great. I called him at 7pm and he had a crew at my house by 9:30pm. Worked for 2 hours and got my furnace up and running. Today I had issues with my furnace not starting and he stayed on the phone with me walking me through it step by step for almost 2 hours and didn't charge me anything. Such a great experience and what a stand up guy. Thank you for what you do for the community. I appreciate you and your crew immensely!!! -

1 month agoHim and his crew are magic! Our old furnace blew up on Sunday and central air stopped working in the summer time so we decided to fix both at the same time. He responded quickly, did excellent work and had excellent prices. Thank you for fixing our heat so fast and I look forward to having central air again in the summer. I highly recommend and will definitely send referrals. Thank you again. -

1 month agoMy furnaces control board failed and my house dropped to 50 degrees at the worst possible time. I had no heat for nearly 48 hours. Tommy assured me it could be done next day. He answered my call at 7 Am, diagnosed the problem before 9, came back with the new board by 11 and had my heat on before noon. I just moved here but I'm proud to say I have a go to HVAC guy! -

4 months agoOutstanding Service and Honest People TJ's HVAC handled everything from start to finish, including getting the necessary permits from the City of Schenectady, NY. My old 21-year-old Goodman furnace was leaking CO, and they did an incredible job replacing it with a new Bryant furnace. They also fixed the exterior piping and exhaust and even installed a new thermostat for me free of charge. I honestly wish I could give these guys more than five stars - they're humble, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I'm so grateful for their honesty and quality work!. I these guys.
