They do piping and HVAC work like no other, and they have been doing amazing things at Johnson Park in Utica. It's been an honor to work with everyone there, and Jack must be very proud of his company. 4 years agoThey got ONE star because unfortunately I have to give them one in order for my to leave a review. They've been in my house TWICE. The first time I was told "the issue was resolved, ok perfect. Turns out the issue wasn't resolved so they came back, I was told the same thing..."issue is resolved" can ya guess??? NOPE! It's NOT! They told me they were going to be in today at 9am it's currently 5:14pm and no one has come! I called them at 4:40 and went to answering service because "they closed early"?? WHAT???? Currently haven't had a heater working in three days and they like to just play games, my kids, dogs and myself are currently freezing, not to mention it's going to be -6 tonight! -
