  Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Their service fee is $99 just to come out and "diagnose". I already knew what the problem was, I just needed it fixed. Then, they neglect to tell you how much the cost could range to fix it. $766 for a clogged kitchen sink is atrocious. Then they still need to collect the service fee being they diagnosed it. Which- actually is $106.92 BECAUSE service fees. So that is lying right there. Tell us the REAL cost of the service fee just to come out. I understand that is only about $7 more, but it continues to speak to the character of the company that everything they do is a money grab. Even the service provider said " I don't create this prices". So, now I have to call around and have a service fee for other plumbers as well when I already know the problem. Absolutely unacceptable. They just took money for no reason. Do NOT go with this company,

  Jamie saved the day!! Replaced my sump pump the same day preventing my cellar from flooding. Would recommend and use Falso again!

  We had a team come out same day to diagnose our furnace, then another team came out the next day to replace our furnace! Both teams were incredibly informative, kind, respectful and helpful! Getting set up with a whole new furnace after just buying our home was extremely stressful, but these gentleman made it a smooth transition! We are so appreciative to have a warm home again!

  Falso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use over night and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning. The installation team showed up at 8:30 am the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 pm. Vey friendly, professional and clean 2 man crew, answered all my questions.

  We have a tankless hot water heater, which requires annual maintenance. As I understand it, the heater needs to be de-scaled and the water and air filters need to be cleaned or replaced each year. This past January, we began having trouble getting hot water for showers, washing dishes, etc. The water was luke warm, but no hotter. I figured that it was time for the annual maintenance, as it had been over a year since it had been done last. I contacted Falso, since they were the last people to service our hot water heater. I give them very high marks for speed. Within minutes of leaving a message on their website I received a phone call from a scheduler. She took some basic information and promised to set up an appointment with a technician. About five minutes later, I received an email informing me that an appointment had been set for two days later. I was working the day of the appointment, but my wife was home. She says that the technician was on time, pleasant, and very polite. She showed him the hot water heater in the basement, and he went to work. About 20 minutes later, he came up from the basement to tell my wife that he was done. He showed her the solution he had run through out hot water heater to de-scale it. There was no mention of any work on water or air filters, and he charged us over $400! I know service calls for plumbers are expensive, but that seems like an outrageous price to pay for somebody performing routine maintenance that doesn't even last a half hour! Our technician asked my wife if we had a service membership with Falso, which we don't. He said that if we did, this visit would have been free! Now, I have no idea how much these service memberships cost, but if we could have saved some money by purchasing a service membership shouldn't somebody have presented it as an option before the service call was complete? Our technician also recommended a water pump of some kind to help with the chronic low water pressure we have in the house. He promised to send some links to pumps that Falso sells, but he never got back to us. The worst part? The original problem still persists. Occasionally, we still get only luke warm water. I'm going to call Falso again to see if they will come back and fix the problem without charging us too much, since they were already here and failed to find the solution. I'm afraid that they'll try to ding us for another $400, though!
