3 weeks agoAbsolutely HORRIBLE experience. Their service fee is $99 just to come out and "diagnose". I already knew what the problem was, I just needed it fixed. Then, they neglect to tell you how much the cost could range to fix it. $766 for a clogged kitchen sink is atrocious. Then they still need to collect the service fee being they diagnosed it. Which- actually is $106.92 BECAUSE service fees. So that is lying right there. Tell us the REAL cost of the service fee just to come out. I understand that is only about $7 more, but it continues to speak to the character of the company that everything they do is a money grab. Even the service provider said " I don't create this prices". So, now I have to call around and have a service fee for other plumbers as well when I already know the problem. Absolutely unacceptable. They just took money for no reason. Do NOT go with this company, -

4 weeks agoWe had a team come out same day to diagnose our furnace, then another team came out the next day to replace our furnace! Both teams were incredibly informative, kind, respectful and helpful! Getting set up with a whole new furnace after just buying our home was extremely stressful, but these gentleman made it a smooth transition! We are so appreciative to have a warm home again! -

4 weeks agoFalso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use over night and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning. The installation team showed up at 8:30 am the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 pm. Vey friendly, professional and clean 2 man crew, answered all my questions. -

FAQ
How does Falso Service Experts determine pricing for HVAC services?
We base pricing on the specific needs of your HVAC system, including factors like equipment sizing via load calculations, ductwork condition, and any required parts or labor. Detailed written estimates outline equipment models, labor, and any permits to avoid surprises. Homeowners can request a custom quote after an initial inspection to understand the full scope and value.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
Falso Service Experts holds the necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance required for HVAC contracting in East Syracuse, NY, including EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants. Our coverage includes workers' compensation and general liability to protect against property damage or injuries. We comply with local permitting and inspection rules for all installations and repairs.
Does Falso Service Experts handle duct cleaning and water heater servicing?
We provide duct and dryer vent cleaning to improve airflow and efficiency, along with servicing and installation of residential water heaters. Our team also covers HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, insulation, plumbing, and electrical tasks tailored to local homes. Photos show our technicians checking refrigerant levels, servicing outdoor AC units, and installing new water heaters.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing HVAC jobs?
We offer clear arrival windows and set expectations for timelines from quote to completion, including any needed permitting. Installation days involve on-site technicians who protect your home with drop cloths and shoe covers during the process. Post-installation, we verify performance through airflow and refrigerant checks before final walkthrough.
What happens to debris and waste after Falso Service Experts completes a job?
We handle all waste disposal from HVAC repairs, installations, and duct cleaning, leaving your home clean and free of debris. Technicians use protective measures like drop cloths to minimize mess during work on units, water heaters, or ventilation systems. Expect a thorough cleanup so you can resume normal use right away.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting HVAC repairs as a DIY project?
Professional approaches include load calculations for proper equipment sizing, duct leakage tests, and static pressure measurements to ensure system efficiency and safety, which DIY often overlooks. We follow installation standards like verifying refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and condensate drains to code, preventing risks like carbon monoxide leaks or equipment failure. Homeowners avoid hazards such as high-voltage wiring or refrigerant handling without EPA certification.
